TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any guest staying with Ferrel Surf House agrees with the terms & conditions below as well as the statement of responsibility and equipment usage terms and conditions.

BOOKING

  • When the guest makes a booking, we require 20% in advance

  • 7 days before the arrival we require 100% of the payment

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

  • Upon arrival and during your stay we will not make any refund except in the case of medical reasons with supporting documents.

  • ALL BOOKINGS will be guaranteed with a 20% refundable deposit charged/authorized on the submitted "valid" credit card.

  • Cancellation after 15 days - no refund

  • Cancellation before 16 days - Stays in credit for one year (personal credit) and can be used on accommodation and surf lessons

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT AND POLITY

  • Check-In: From 3 PM to 7 PM;

  • Check-Out: Until 11 Am;

  • Late check-in can be arranged depending on staff availability and previous to arrival request, you need to contact the Surf house.

  • A deposit of 20 EUR per person is required on arrival in cash, this will be returned providing no damage has been caused also in case of bath tower and key room.

  • No noise after 22:00pm; respect your roommates;

  • Always return your room/ house key;

  • Put personal belongings in the safe; Lock your room.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Guests participating in surf courses and other activities promoted by Ferrel Surf House, Peniche – Portugal, authorize the recording of photo and video material to be used on the website and other media.

  • Any guest holds the right to refuse to have his or her photos or videos used by Ferrel Surf house and must present a written and signed request on arrival and check-in.

  • Ferrel Surf House or Surf School is not responsible for any robbery or they that occur in or from its property.

SURF LESSONS/ ACCOMMODATION POLICY

  • If you are expected for surf classes and you do not show up, Ferrel Surf House will make no refund.

  • The student can not change the surf lessons schedule 

  • Surf Lessons must be booked or changed minimum 24h before

  • Lessons schedule is done by the Surf School and it's not flexible to the student's availability. It's done according to the best conditions from maximum safety.

  • Upon arrival and during your stay we will not make any refund on surf lessons or accommodation except in the case of medical reasons with supporting documents, in this case for medical reasons the amount stay 1 year in credit from the date of the last booking.

  • In case of lesson cancellation because of weather/waves conditions Ferrel Surf House will not make a refund on the surf lessons.
